1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaasBridge, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Description of Services

SaasBridge provides digital tools, templates, APIs, starter code, and other downloadable or cloud-based resources. Each product or service may be subject to its own license terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase or download.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

  • Digital Products – Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales of digital products (e.g., UI kits, templates, starter code) are final and non-refundable once the product is delivered.
  • Subscriptions – Subscription-based services (weekly, monthly, or annual) will be clearly described at checkout. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time, but payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Custom Work – All payments for custom or bespoke projects are final and non-refundable. Due to the tailored nature of these services, work cannot be returned, resold, or repurposed. While we strive to meet agreed timelines, no specific delivery date or outcome is guaranteed.
  • Free Trials – Where a free trial is offered, customers will be notified of the trial duration and the billing amount/frequency that will apply once the trial ends. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel prior to the trial’s expiration to avoid charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All products, code, and digital assets available through SaasBridge remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the products in accordance with the license terms provided.

6. Lawful Use

You agree to use SaasBridge services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, use of our services for gambling, fraud, harassment, distribution of malware, or other unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

SaasBridge is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Modifications to Terms
